For 2024, you can choose between Delta Care DHMO and the Delta Dental PPO in order to best prepare for the dental needs of you and your family. Preventative dental care is covered at 100%, with no cost to you.

Delta Dental PPO Highlights:
• Preventative care covered even after maximum costs reached.
• SmileWay benefits for those with chronic conditions such as lupus, cancer, diabetes or rheumatoid arthritis that may need extra cleanings or periodontal care.

Both dental plans offer these services:

Preventive Care

Exams, cleanings, X-rays, fluoride treatments and space maintainers

Basic Services

Fillings, root canals, extractions, periodontics and anesthesia

Major Services

Crowns, bridges, inlays, and dentures

Select Delta Dental PPO for an in-network provider or DeltaCareUSA for a Dental HMO Provider

Find an In-Network Dentist

Dental ID card

If you enroll in or change dental plans, you will receive ID cards at your home address. If you keep the same plan, you can continue to use the same ID card.
