Enrollment in and/or confirmation of your current benefits selections is required annually and takes place during Open Enrollment.

Get Prepared

As a New Hire, it’s important that you understand the benefits available, ways to save on costs and, most importantly, are assured you’ve made the best choices for you and your family.

Enrolling couldn’t be simpler. Here’s how:

1. Review

this guide is to help you better understand and review your options.

2. Login

to Employee Space on The Forum homepage to make your selections.

3. Choose

the benefits you want for you and your eligible spouse and dependents.

4. Confirm

your changes before your enrollment period closes and print your benefits summary.

Throughout the process, your HR Benefits and Retirement team is available to offer guidance and to answer any questions that arise.
